Girls Sleeveless A-Line Dress

This pink sleeveless dress for girls features a broad ruffle around the front neckline. The ruffle follows the neck's curved shape and extends over the shoulders, above an otherwise plain bodice. A horizontal seam separates that upper section from the gathered skirt, where several folds fall down the front. The lower edge is straight.
